The staff went above and beyond when there was an issue with the A/C, offering a free meal and drink. The banh mi was delicious and the beds were comfortable. Stayed at a "capsule hotel" with no windows. Just what I wanted, a tiny space to make me feel like I'm living in a coffin. But hey, at least there's free WiFi!
Who needs fresh air when you can have a room with no windows? Breathing is overrated anyways.
