The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with great restaurants and a lively atmosphere. The wifi connection was good and the rooms were functionally decorated with storage space under the bed. Close to attractions and lots of dining options. The staff went above and beyond when there was an issue with the A/C, offering a free meal and drink. The banh mi was delicious and the beds were comfortable. The shared restroom was surprisingly comfortable and the staff had excellent English communication skills. Smooth check-in and check-out process for solo travelers.

Stayed at a "capsule hotel" with no windows. Just what I wanted, a tiny space to make me feel like I'm living in a coffin. But hey, at least there's free WiFi!

Who needs fresh air when you can have a room with no windows? Breathing is overrated anyways.
